June 6, 201610 yr Author A couple of interesting facts from tonight's game: The previous NBA Final's record for largest margin of victory in first two games of the finals was 42 points. The Warriors margin so far is 48 points. Also Curry has only scored 11 and 18 points in the first two games that is actually 1 point below his ave. for the season and the Warriors still lead 2-0.
June 6, 201610 yr At this point, I'll be surprised if Cleveland takes one of the next two at home, no exaggeration. The scary thing is that Cleveland is healthy as a team. Golden State looks phenomenal and Curry hasn't been much of a factor, which is scarier.
June 6, 201610 yr Irving and Love are getting exposed as guys that are worse at defense than we all thought they were and most of thought they were horrible to begin with.
June 6, 201610 yr As long as the Cavs continue to give up dunks with 2 guys running at shooters they won't have a chance. Just can't guard well enough at this point.
June 6, 201610 yr The best thing LeBron could do for his hope of getting more rings is convince Gilbert to offer the world to Golden State's General Manager and have him come to Cleveland. The draft involves luck as well as planning but the Draymond Green pick looks brilliant. And the pickup of Igoudala last season seems downright inspired. The role players are the difference for Golden State. You can somehow hold down Curry and Thompson but still some guy like Livingston or Barbosa can manage to get points on not a few possessions. It's impressive. Barbosa scored 10 points off 5-7 shooting in just 18 minutes last night. And if you're a Cleveland fan, maybe you just shrug your shoulders and thing "What do you do?" when Green goes 5-8 from the three.

June 6, 201610 yr Draymond is about a 39% shooter from the three point arc, you got to at least respect that; which for about 6 of his attempts he took wide open looks. Not as if LeBron is out there shooting
June 6, 201610 yr Cleveland built their recent success on spreading the court and nailing daggers from long range. But you can't out Golden State Golden State, plus that lineup isn't stopping anything the Warriors throw at them. I think their best bet is to let LeBron run the show with their best defensive combinations and take your chances. He doesn't need to be taking anything outside of two feet from the rim and simply Dwayne Wade them to death from the ft line. That has a psychosocial impact on the refs and more calls will go in his favor.
June 7, 201610 yr Cleveland may need to fire their coach... Lebron might leave on his own. They won't fire him.
