May 8, 201610 yr Bet most people missed the fact that he showed the exact same type of ignorance in his comments.
May 8, 201610 yr I read the actual article on Philly.com. A passenger thought he was a terrorist. The passenger passed a note to the flight attendant. The flight attendant told the pilot and the man was asked to get off. He met with law enforcement and based on what I read, was allowed back on the plane. The woman who reported him dI'd not get back on the plane. She overreacted, clearly. Everyone else did their job imo.

May 9, 201610 yr I wonder why the woman who reported him didn't get back on the plane. She meant well. Better to be wrong and say something than to be right and afraid to speak up. Hopefully she didn't get in trouble, but may have been embarrassed.
May 9, 201610 yr He assumed she's a Trump supporter even though he doesn't know her at all? He profiled her and made a broad and biased claim without having any facts to back it up. Same thing she did to him.
May 9, 201610 yr This is why people are afraid to say anything. If you do and you're incorrect you get labeled as racist at worst or overreacting at best. The professor made the statement that this is a result of Trump's rhetoric. Isn't that a little presumptive?
