If schools are open to para-professionals being their head varsity coach Skinner should get an interview. The guy can coach. Kids play hard for him. They get LOUD instruction from him occasionally but they also get a lot of support from him. He's better than some varsity coaches we have today - boys and girls.

Mia Cooper would be a good hire. A former Notre Dame Player and NKU player. Assistant at Ludlow last year.

Better served by going outside with ties to AAU pipeline of kids. Being independent with strong academics should allow a quick rebuild.
