Another solid draft. Not spectacular just adding depth. It appears to some that Vigil might have been a reach and Billings a steal.

Jackson and Boyd should get some significant PT this year

Jackson and Billings are good picks not sold on the rest.

Some rookie free agents they signed.

Ryan Brown, DL, Mississippi State

Tre Carson, RB, Texas A&M

Alex Cooper, OL, Houston

David Dean, DT, Virginia

Alex Erickson, WR, Wisconsin

Antwane Grant, WR, Western Kentucky

Darien Harris, LB, Michigan State

Darius Hillary, CB, Wisconsin

Matt Johnson, QB, Bowling Green

Antonio Longino, LB, Arizona State

Dy'Shawn Mobley, RB, Eastern Kentucky

Silverberry Mouhon, DE, Cincinnati

Alonzo Russell, WR, Toledo

John Weidenaar, OL, Montana State

Travis Wilson, QB, Utah

Westerman was highly regarded. C/G combine adds depth inside, C hasn't been a strength.

Agree

Would have liked a taller, faster receiver than Boyd

Whos's Core from OleMiss?

#1 in the bench press at the combine (34 reps) and someone told me he also was the fastest offensive lineman at the combine.

I haven't seen any grades yet but I would be surprised if anyone gave the Bengals less than a B for this draft. I think the consensus will be it was another A.

I really liked those middle 3 picks, but don't think the need for another corner with your first pick was warranted. Would have even taken S-Vonn Bell at that pick or a better WR, not a fan of small, slow receivers(Boyd)

I am a fan of taking the best player and not stretching for a perceived need. Jackson no doubt was the best player and pick for the Bengals at that point.

All the grades I've seen so far were A's. Somebody included them in a list of 5 teams that crushed the draft. Jacksonville, Minnesota and Baltimore were also listed. Can't remember the other team. Hope they're right. Would have liked to get one of the top 3 WR's.

I saw the same article. It may have been the Bears. I believe that's the one that also said it was business as usual for Duke Tobin and company. They have crushed the draft 5 years running now.

One person's A is another person's D. Saw some gave Cowboys A, Some D
