NKY Bandit
Billy Hamilton stinks. I know, it's early. But how much longer before the rest of you guys give up on him? Hard to beat decent teams playing a man short on offense. Before you talk about his overall game- can't steal bases if he can't get on base and yes, he gets to a lot of balls in CF but still has a below average arm. Time to move on from Billy? mcpapa
Said it for years - he needs to learn how to hit down on the ball. Instant double. Edited April 12, 2016 by mcpapa

Jumper_Dad
How often do teams bat the pitcher in the 8th spot? Reds have done it all year. I guess it makes sense in the off chance that BH actually gets on base.

Clyde
Big year for him but it won't be a make/break year as far as staying with the team. His D is good enough to keep him around even if he loses his starting job.

It's a lost year regardless in terms of competing, and they don't have a youngster waiting in the wings to take over, so I'd probably give him the entire season. I don't follow spring training but I thought I read that there is a young outfielder who did very well in AZ and he was mentioned as a replacement for Billy. Who is it? nkypete
Set a record for fastest time running around the bases on a home run trot. Doesn't that count for something?

Who is it? Cave or Holt maybe? Neither had very good springs. Peraza played some OF.
