CVH had a great game, just could not do it all on his own. I agree with Clyde and 4Runner about Hall, he was the difference.

Not only was he that second option for NCC, he truly was the difference maker. NCC built an early lead but when he went out with his second foul, CCH started their comeback, and took a small lead into the half. Hall was back on the floor to start the second half, NCC slowly started to regain control and was able to take the lead back with a strong 3rd quarter. I am not sure what the exact number is but I am guessing that NCC might have been about +15 when he was on the floor tonight.

Congrats to the Breds, happy for them after some tuff losses at BB&T. What a nice crowd. Also happy for the Lawnboy who has done a great job reporting from the arena. Best of luck at State.

I second that. Also congrats to coach Dawn a very classy coach and gentleman. Special congrats to Luke Moeves. Great kid.

Congrats to the Breds. Now go win some games in Lexington!

Also congrats to Lawnboy!!! Love your play by play!!!!

Wait til you see Weyer....kid has range and gets it done around the basket. Long arms allow him to alter or block anything in his vicinity.

I was referring more to the atmosphere of not having their student section. Best in the state.

Congrats to the Breds. Nice victory. Weyer is a beast and did it all tonight. Good luck down state.

Only thing Ben did wrong tonight was tying his shoes. He had a triple double but needs to learn what a double knot is.

Weyer did dominate the tourney. I know yellowcab wasn't convinced Weyer was dominate after the Cooper game, but hopefully he made a believer out of him tonight.

I had a feeling NewCath would upset CovCath.

To reinforce just how much this championship belongs the Breds:

All season long the top 4 teams in the discussion have been NewCath, Cooper, Holy Cross and CovCath.

To prove their worth the Breds since Friday went head to head with each one of those teams and knocked off Cooper, Holy Cross, and then CovCath.

They didn't rely on any other team to knock out any of the other top teams in the region. They, one by one took care of that business all by themselves leaving no doubt who was Number 1

I don't know for sure but it looked like Ben knew he would be in the whole game and wanted a couple extra seconds to catch his breath.

If you meant to direct your comments at me (Yellow Card)...

I do think he had a dominant performance tonight, this does nothing to change my opinion of his performance in Friday nights contest.... one game has nothing to do with the other.

While i feel he was dominant tonight, as mentioned above, I feel Hall was the difference maker for the Breds.

I had a pleasure covering the games, it was a blast.

Congratulations to the Breds! Fantastic display of TEAM effort.

I am thrilled for their success. It's magical to see a team grow throughout the year and really hit their stride at the right time. Looking forward to them shining at Rupp and representing the 9th with class.

Real happy for Lawnboy13 as there's no more deserving fan. He's been there with them every step of the way so it's only fitting that he gets to witness his Breds play in the Greatest Show In Hoops. Looks like his Birthday celebration has been extended with tonight's victory, and I can only imagine that for him it must really taste sweet.

Got a real kick out of seeing Assistant Coach Pangallo jump up into Coach Dawn's arms. What a hoot as it was touching. I sure hope that someone snapped a picture of that.

What a great program and a great bunch of guys, I couldn't be more happy for them. This is no fluke as they showed tonight that they are completely deserving of what they've worked so hard to earn.

Go Breds! - Show the State of Kentucky what it means to be a team of class and go shine at Rupp as you represent the 9th Region!

It certainly feels better tonight leaving the arena then it did the past two years. It's been fun watching these seniors the past four years.....unfortunately I might not get to see the boys at Rupp, next Wednesday is our softball season opener.....although we will see about rescheduling.

Also congrats to Lawnboy!!! Love your play by play!!!!

Enjoyed every minute of it.
