The one in Crescent Springs used to be that way. It's cleaned up its act some but it's obvious to me these places are trying to do the same amount of work with a lot less staff (that have NO work ethic at all). I was there one day and a staffer was arguing with a manager because the guy's shift was over and manager would not let him leave. Staffer had worked a double apparently from what I heard. It got pretty heated and was heard by all customers.

 

By the way I like BK as well because of the charcoal taste. Huge Burger Chef fan back in the day.

Who remembers the Maysville Burger Queen?

And I agree on the taste, BK rules but I like McD's Coke better.

There used to be a Burger Queen in North Corbin at the Trademart Shopping Center, back in the day. There was also one at the south Williamsburg exit. I think both became Druthers.

BK does one thing good and that's the burger. Everything else is garbage.

IF the buns are fresh. Makes a huge difference.

Customer service, almost anywhere, is a lost art.

 

"Sorry for your wait" is part of their greeting, said with no feeling and absolutely no sincerity.
