Having said that, whoever wins the GOP nomination likely will face significant fallout from the Trump cyclone, which is why it wouldn't surprise me if voter turnout, on a percentage basis, declines for both parties in '16 in comparison to '08 and '12. If a candidate wanted the black vote, a plan or at the least a basic roadmap should have already been proposed. There are areas of America that are hurting, it discusses me to hear what a canidate will do for these areas when they all of a sudden need their vote. With that said, I can see where some black voters are left without a true canidate to get behind.
