This tourney is wide open. There may be a few down teams but for the most part anybody could beat anybody.

CCH has never brought freshman down from JV. I would be surprised if that changes.

No Freshman Regional in 10th

 

The 10th Region Freshmen tournament will be held at the winner of the 37th District champ, probably during the period of Feb. 5-6 or 8-9.

 

Campbell County appears to be a heavy favorite to win the 37th District Tournament held this coming Saturday at Scott High School. Brossart plays Scott at 1pm, and the winner gets Campbell County at 3pm.

Looks like a great tournament.

Every freshman team in NKY except Brossart and Campbell County and Bellevue

 

We (Brossart) would be happy to play in it were scheduling conflicts not an issue.

 

We also don't want to be a program that jumps in when we are good and refrains when we are not as competitive. It was determined back when Willie Schlarman was head coach, that to avoid conflicts we would participate in the 37th District Tournament and 10th Region Tournament.

Each team plays in a district tournament, then the four district winners play in the regional tournament.
