Los Rodeos in Mt Sterling, had Polo bandido.

Thursday - Oasis (Mediterranean) restaurant in Chevy Chase secion of Lexington. Lots of Greek goodies.

Friday - Maysville K of C fish fry (last of the season).

This afternoon - Blue Licks SRP lunch buffet. Catfish, fried chicken, ham, etc.

At Sarah's cafe on Jefferson St between games of state tourney. It was awful. Had a salad and soup. Won't go back.

Friday night...

First Pitch Friday Buffet at USF Baseball vs Michigan State and USF Softball vs Georgia Tech. (The buffet was on the Donaldson Deck between the two stadiums, from which you can view both games.)

The menu was an all you can eat pasta bar.

Two guys were grilling a choice of crab, chicken, Italian sausage, meatballs, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, jalapeno peppers, onions, and mushrooms in olive oil with or without garlic.

The pasta choices were cheese tortellini and penne pasta and the sauce choices were marinara and Alfredo. Italian bread and salad were served to finish off the entree.

Desserts were key lime pie, carrot cake, and some kind chocolate/peanut butter pie.

The standard refreshments were provided, bottled water, tea, and lemonade, but beer and wine were also included.

I didn't touch the pasta, bread, or desserts, but got loaded up on the grilled fixins, salad, and beer.

$21 a person.

Last night, took my son's family to Long Horn Steakhouse.

I had the 6 oz. sirloin, house salad, broccoli, and asparagus. No alcohol for Mrs. S and I, but the son and daughter-in-law hit up the Yuengling on tap.

For the six of us, it came to $132 with tip.

Gambled enough to earn a free buffet at Hollywood casino Friday night. Cashed it in for brunch. It was horrible.

Stopped by Bonefish tonight. Martini Monday's. Who knew??? Doing one more next week and not sure if they will continue them after that. $5.00 each for specialty drinks. Bacon wrapped scallops, ahi for apps. Char topped with spinach and lobster. Yummy!
