mcpapa Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Caminante (little Mexican place down past Pasquale's). My go-to lunch special #1 - Chili relleno (nice and hot), taco, beans, guacamole salad. Water. Free chips and salsa (of course). $5.99 plus tax. Food was to us in 10 or 12 minutes. Buy 7 lunch specials (they give you a card) and get the next one free. Why anybody would pay more than that for mystery meat at a fast food place is beyond me, unless circumstances dictate.
swamprat Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Last Sunday we ate dinner in the Meyer's Hard Court Club before the Women's game at USF. All you can eat and drink buffet open for the entire game. *Pull Pork Sliders *Fried Macaroni Poppers *Chips & Salsa *Fresh Fruit and Veggies with dips. *Cookies for dessert. *Beer and wine, soft drinks, and water. I paid $125 apiece for access to this for the year. So this game cost us $6.25 each.

ggclfan Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 My wife and I usually go to the gym Saturday and Sunday mornings and go to Chipotle after (get my salad bowl with black beans, brown rice and chicken only - none of the bad stuff)... Lines at Chipotle now are almost non-existent due to the health scares...love it...in and out much quicker!
ThrillVille Cardinal51 Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Friday night my fiancé's parents took us to Mesh in Louisville. Had a humongous pork chop that was pretty good. My meal was 25 bucks. Last night I picked up chipotle for dinner. Didn't get E. coli so that's good.
Big Slick Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Pasquale's last night. I had stromboli and Ms Slick had the lasagna. I'm debating on where I will drive thru for dinner tonight?
gold sunrise Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Three of us GRC teachers took a road tirp to the game last Friday night. We ate at Cracker Barrel before the game. I got the Friday special of fried Cod fish, double order of mustard greens and several slices of onion. It was awesome. Bill was around $10.00 with $3.00 tip.
mcpapa Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Stir fry with pasta, pork, red peppers, carrots and snow peas. Egg rolls. Dessert was strawberry mousse topped with glazed walnuts.
