January 22, 201610 yr Thurs night poker game keeps from eating out on Thur. They had homemade vegetable soup, some sausage biscuit thing and other sandwiches including grilles cheese. This snow might force us to not eat out thru the weekend!
January 23, 201610 yr Last night I had a rib-eye steak covered in a Gorgonzola sauce, grilled asparagus, and spinach salad at Villa Bellini's in Clearwater.

January 28, 201610 yr Author Yesterday I ate at a small mom and pop type set down restaurant called Roots, In Lancaster. Liver and onions Green Beans Homemade Style Mac And Cheese Water 8.99
January 28, 201610 yr Meyer Family Hard Court Club before the Women's game at USF (vs Houston). All you can eat and drink buffet open for the entire game. *Chicken Fajitas *Black beans and rice. *Chips, Salsa, and Queso. *Fresh Fruit and Veggies with dips. *Cookies for dessert. *Beer and wine, coffee, soft drinks, and water. I ate the fajitas, without the tortilla, covered in all the fixin's, Queso sauce, and black beans (no rice). Beer, beer, and more beer. I kind of over did it last night. Mrs. S drove home. As previously mentioned, it cost me about $12.50 for both of us.
January 28, 201610 yr Caminante (little Mexican place down past Pasquale's). My go-to lunch special #1 - Chili relleno (nice and hot), taco, beans, guacamole salad. Water. Free chips and salsa (of course). $5.99 plus tax. Food was to us in 10 or 12 minutes. Buy 7 lunch specials (they give you a card) and get the next one free. Why anybody would pay more than that for mystery meat at a fast food place is beyond me, unless circumstances dictate. I have yrt to try this myself, by the Lil Dawgs and their mother have eaten there and said it's terrific. I must give it a try.

January 28, 201610 yr Ate at the Thirsty Lion last night. Had some seared Ahi that had a smoked flavor as well. Best I've had.

February 2, 201610 yr Is there a reason? Reason why I haven't or reason why I'm craving it? I haven't had it because there was no convenient place near Hudson to stop and get it. It was a major committent to drive 20-30 miles for Chinese. Why am I craving it? Because I know I CAN stop and get it easily now. :lol2:
