March 27, 201610 yr Last night, I picked up some wings from the Publix Deli. Ahhh! Publix. My friends don't believe the stories I tell about my Publix experiences. I'e: The old ladies mixing and matching eggs to get the most perfect dozen. Being refused a plastic container for my shrimp (fish bait), because containers are only for the salads and slaws. (You can't make it up). I was once pushed into a lady by another customer. Being polite, I said, "Excuse, me!" To which she sneered at me and said, "Your apology, is not accepted!!!" Your kid needs to be breast fed, or relieve himself - No problem!!! Go for it! Cincinnati and South Florida (especially the east coast) are so light years apart. Here in Cincy we are sheep and will stand in line 7 or 8 deep to check out. At Publix the customers will leave their full carts at check-out and walk out if there are more than two people in line. No lie. At Publix they have uniformed police officers inside and in the parking lot to maintain order.
