Went down to Newport to vote today. Was going to do Detroit Joes. Didnt know it had been closed down. Ended up doing Dixie Chili.

Tonight the Mrs. Made chicken taco soup.

Last night it was ribs.

Loved that place but it has been closed for a long time now. I took advantage of sandwich day at Penn Station. But if I knew how long it would take to get my food, no way I would have ordered.

Pulled pork platter at the 52 Dairy Bar in greater Chilo, Ohio.

Sunday made Prime Rib by the closed door method. Best Prim Rib I have eaten. Served it with hash brown casserole. Yesterday we had home made Veggie soup. Today I got carry out at the Chinese restaurant.

The wife and I are having dinner at Tony's tonight before we go to the UK/SFA game. If you haven't been yet, you need to go. BY FAR the best steak in Lexington and one of the best I've ever had, period. Their Mac and Cheese is pretty spectacular too!

May be out of our price range.....

Monday potato soup.

Tuesday, Chili.

Tonight, Lasagna and my special salad loaded with everything including the usual and artichoke hearts, and feta cheese with basil and tomatoes topped with hot bacon dressing.

Last night, I had Thai spring rolls, Tom Ka Gai soup, and Chicken Panang Curry, delivered from Sisters Thai restaurant in Merrifield, VA. I finished the Panang Curry this morning for breakfast. There is nothing better for a cold than spicy Thai chicken-coconut soup.

We went over to my brother-in-law's for a fire pit evening. He smoked a pork butt and ribs and served it with coleslaw, bbq beans, and potato salad (that Mrs. S made).

My mouth is watering just reading this.

Tonight was linguini & clams night at my daughter's home. The pseudo son-in-law out did himself.

Tonight I had papdi chaat and onion kulcha from a local Indian restaurant. I decided to save a chicken and rice bowl for tomorrow's lunch.

Last night. I baked the spiral ham my son. Got from Toyota. Fixed green beans with country ham, sweet potatoes, fried apples, and biscuits.

Been eating a lot of french toast for breakfast this week.
