Brats and burgers on the grill. And a very time/prep-intensive (and spectacular) version of grilled Mexican street corn.

Radishes. Used to grow them when I was a child. Wife does not care for them and she does the shopping. ?

Home grown radishes have a different languages flavor IMO. More of peppery hot taste.

Cincy savers has the buy 25 get 50 deal for '18'

It is the old revolving restaurant atop the Radison in Covington. They just remodeled it. Can't wait to try it out.

Quite the feast tonight. Roast beef, new potatoes (boiled, than cut and half and fried), roma beans with corn and jowl bacon, biscuits with butter and homemade strawberry jam. All I could do to push away, get out and cut the grass.

3 nights of graduation party food. Lot's of Moes, fried chicken strips and good people.

Did stop at Knotty Pine on the way home from the last one.

Pesto pasta n' chicken with garlic bread...not sure exactly what I'm carbing up for ( but darn it tasted great ), however, will now have to cut grass and knock out some landscaping tomorrow to keep weight "regular." :lol2:

We only had one this year, yesterday. Loads of grilled burgers, hot dogs, and chicken, casseroles, veggie platters, ..., etc., and, of course, Mrs. S's potato salad.

So far, everything I can find. Starving now. Must.....eat.....dough....nuts.

I think we made the cut to about a dozen or so. Even made a guest appearance to the @BirdBrain celebration yesterday.

French beet salad (I am told that the primary ingredients are pickled beets, mixed greens, goat cheese and a vinaigrette dressing of equal parts pickled beet juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar), lasagna and Amish sourdough bread.

Pan fried some bluegill last night. Brown rice, broccoli, sautéed mushrooms and sweet potatoes.

I love bluegill. We had a pond full of them.
