Sriracha chicken wings, twice-baked potatoes, broccoli casserole, some kind of homemade strawberry cheesecake with ground-up Golden Oreos as part of the crust. Pretty good stuff.

Last night I made pastelón, which is basically Puerto Rican lasagna made with plantains instead of pasta. It was delicious.

Baked country ham scalloped potatoes, steamed asparagus, and cooked cabbage

An apple and peanut butter for breakfast.

Sausage links and peas for lunch.

For dinner, last night, I had a hamburger patty served with cabbage sauteed in garlic and a teaspoon of apple vinegar. I didn't think I'd like the cabbage that way, when Mrs. S suggested it, but it was fantastic.

Carrots, peas, and turkey meatballs for lunch.
