Denver 20 Cincinnati 17 OT

This loss is solely on the shoulders of the guy that costs them every year...Mike Nugent. He's absolutely terrible and as I predicted early in the season, he cost the Bengals their season.

I don't see that. I don't disagree that Nugent needs to go but this game is not on him.

He missed a gimme. Not only did it not extend the lead, it was a huge momentum swinger. It is what it is every year. Nugent costs them a meaningful game and he somehow manages to keep his job another week.

Marvin/Hue: play calling was atrocious in the 2nd half.

McCarron: wrong snap count or not, gotta have that snap.

Tez: stupid penalty, once again.

Green: gives up on a TD.

Nugent: why does he have a job?

Anyone have a replay did McCarron call hike?

Are you sure that snap was on the correct count??

How much time was on the play clock when the ball was snapped? The Bengals were rushing snaps against the play clock the whole game. Was that a factor on that play?

Add:

Guenther--Went passive in 2nd half, Who-Deys's prevent D, only prevents wins!

The Bengals got outcoached in the second half. That was what cost them this game above all else.

I also think the altitude became a factor. The Bengals missed a lot of tackles in the second half.

This game reminded me of Dalton prime time games... McCarron played good enough to win if others would've helped. Green quit running on a TD, Oline is embarrassing, Marvin Lewis has no guts, kicker missed a huge 17-0 scoreboard kick, punter was horrible,?punt returner was horrible, etc...

Then, it's on a young QB that isn't elite and in this case isn't even experienced... Too much put on the QB when, if they would've just let the kid play the whole game (trust him to throw)... He probably would've won the game in regulation.

Coaches again were "out-adjusted" in the second half.

Someone wake Mike Brown up to tell him we lost.

Someone wake Mike Brown up to tell him we lost.

He probably only asks to be woken up on the few "big game" occasions that they win... He's sleeping likes a baby right now. :)

Gruden kept saying that Denver went away from MTM coverage in the second half. Key adjustment?

I gave up about an hour an a half of sleep to watch that 2nd half fiasco.

What about Green who stopped running on a perfect long TD pass? Does he go free?

That was an EASY TD if doesn't stop running........what was that all about?????:idunno:
