The "worst period"? No need to go back too far in time. I would argue 2000-08 was far worse than '09-present because of the debacle in Iraq that destabilized the Middle East and the worst financial meltdown since the Great Depression. Then again, some people are only happy when we're dropping bombs.

It's time to own up and give the "devil" his due. Barring a year where the wheels fall off we are digging out of one hell of a hole left by the WORST president of at least 75 years maybe 100.

 

On another side note: I like George W. I think he is a good man. The dinosaur cronies that were still hanging around from the Reagan era ruined his legacy, which is unfortunate because they wil die 30 years before he will.
