What were the team foul totals??

Birds getting called out for not playing Naismith basketball. Give us the foul differential to make a comparison.

Exactly why I don't go. Just can't watch it

Don't know foul totals but rebound differential was double digits in favor of birds +15. LaFrange finished with a double in his first varsity start 10 points and 10 boards.

Finfrock had 9 boards and Hebel with 8. Unfortunately, many were on the offensive side as the basket seem to have a lid on it. The Birds were aggressive.

Come on Lawnboy its like that every year. My son when he played might of had 2-3 Varsity players in pre-season practice from October - Dec 8th every season. They had to mix in the Freshman to get scrimmaging.

Kids play football and Highlands.....and even if they dont play they dress.

The Birds have 6 non-football players on their JV-Varsity roster.

I've never suggested that it was a one-sided foul-fest. Our guys were equally guilty of contributing to the ugliness of the contest. It was a matter of neither team backing down, or willing to give an inch.

As a result of this battle of wills, both teams lost sight of the object of the game, resulting in an extremely poor overall quality product.

You tell me.

You were a little off there Mustang. The first four players are all footballers. Posey a WR, Kendall RB, Cain WR and Finfrock offensive lineman. All starters in football. So like I said, about 2-3 every year who are soley basketball.
