You're absolutely right. That's the problem. Muslims around the world need to step up and take action along with us in order to put out ISIS. They must examine what is it about their religion that is causing this extremist behavior to be promoted. But we must show them they shouldn't be scared of America. They are stuck in between a rock and hard place because they are scared of ISIS, but they are scared of America because I'm sure how America is portrayed to them is only how Mr Trump feels. We have to show them that we in fact are tolerant of them and that we want to help them. As for point #3 by making comments like Trump did more and more Muslims start to agree with ISIS. That's the issue here. We have to shut down ISIS from the bottom up, not the top down. We can try and attack their major leaders, but until we show the world that we are doing this to protect the Muslim people not persecute them, we will lose.

I agree on not taking anymore immigrants until we can shore up the vetting process and double check everything about them.

It isn't that they have a special hate for Americans, the fact is they hate anybody who does not agree with them. What they are doing is nothing new, they have been butchering innocent people for hundreds of years, the recruiting effort by these groups is well underway as Homeland Security is currently investigating about 1000 ISIS related cases. Would Kentucky residents feel differently about this threat if San Bernandino had happened in their town?

By Trump saying to keep Muslims out of this country he is giving ISIS the ability to twist what he said and make it actually read "keep Muslims out because we hate their religion." I swear, part of me thinks this man does not really want to be president, and just wants to say crazy things to fall in the polls. And yet he rises.

I can't imagine a presidential election only offering an imposter on one side and a spoiled brat on the other.

Trump may be loud and outspoken, and no doubt has a huge ego, but he should also be credited for singlehandedly tearing down the wall of political correctness which has prevented any real progress on sensitive issues in America. He has forced politicians and everyday citizens to begin seriously discussing issues that are extremely important to the American way of life, not the least of which is immigration! Again I might not agree with him 100% on his ideas, but I've had all I can stand with the PC, otherwise known as poo! I have sensed a growing indifference in the American people for the last 20 years, I believe this is about to change.

I agree they hate all non-Muslims, but outside of Israel, we are next on the list of most hated. For one, it's our support of Israel. And two, we've bounced around the Middle East for decades deciding winners and losers.

 

I'm probably in the minority but I think it's a decent idea to suspend immigration from certain countries. It wouldn't solve all our problems but just because the lock on your back door isn't working doesn't mean you leave the front door wide open.

If your recruiting theory is true I would imagine that you don't like us killing Radical Islamist , wouldn't watching their loved ones die really drive up enlistment numbers?
