December 10, 201510 yr Only using 5 years supports my contention as far as "program." And since your initial shot used NCAA advancement let's not forget S16 appearances. Let's not forget we're comparing Lehigh and Georgia State to champion UCONN and undefeated UK. You keep hanging your hat on being better the 5 years Mick had to build from nothing though. Lord knows you can't hang it on ever seeing the third weekend...

I'm talking about "programs" and you're trying to limit it to 5 years. X didn't need to re-build , thus, their program is better. Mick has done a great job - better than most expected. Play better during the season and , guess what, you don't get UK in round 2.

What seed did X get in those years and what did they have to do with top 4 seeds Duke and Baylor losing to Lehigh and Georgia State. We could talk about the year X missed the tournament. Or the following year they didn't get out of Dayton. You probably didn't want to mention that though. X gets a pass in this town none of the other teams get considering they've never won anything. December 10, 201510 yr Only in Clifton do people believe that. Actually it makes sense that there is no expectation of greatness in Norwood being that they have no greatness to compare to. They did make the Final Five that one time... :lol2:

December 10, 201510 yr Green is not your best color. Did you know: UC has spent 162 weeks in the AP poll ranked higher than the highest ranking in Xavier history. You've only been an X fan for like 20 minutes, so that one might be new to you... :thumb:
December 10, 201510 yr So I'm confused...are UC and XU involved in the Chapman trade somehow? Yep, violence against women was where it started, so maybe there's something in common with all 3. Or was it choking? Can't recall.

I'd prefer you drop some insider knowledge on who's in or out of the Bengal game in 3 days. Nah. Shootout week. I'd rather remind Clyde that X has never once played in a Final Four. Like, ever...
