I didn't watch but it sounded like an admission of guilt speech: "We will look into visa process that allowed the lady in." Also, I think he knows ISIS isn't a "JV" team anymore.

 

Let's hope they correct the "visa" process before he lets the thousands of unknown Syrians in.
