Anthony Greene, Tayshaun Brooks, and Lawrence Washington... really good trio of freshman that are going to play up, from what I've been told.

 

Greene is already a legit 6'3 and has major upside. Really good athlete and plays like a guard from what I saw when I stopped by Holmes for my preview. Didn't get a chance to see Brooks but Washington also has size if he is the kid I'm thinking of.

I'd be interested in hearing who, of a select number of players, is playing up and won't suit up at all as freshmen. Rankin at Ryle, Thelen and Davin at CovCath, Castleman and Schilling at Beechwood, anyone at Campbell, anyone at Holmes, King and Starkey at Highlands, Chad Ohmer at Scott? At Holy Cross, Houston and Macke may both play up, but both will play freshmen as well.

Heard Campbell frosh boys will be good this year. Any games/scores yet for them?

Campbell County plays Pendleton tomorrow at CC then next week NCC Monday, Holy cross Wednesday,and Ryle Friday. Same team as last year (8th grade) minus two bigs , plus three small guards.

Conner 9th cruises past Ludlow 9th. The game was a little slow, hopefully Thursday vs St. Henry will be better. Game at Conner Thursday.

Holy Cross over Boone 52-21.... Wasn't that close. Running clock end of third quarter.
