Week One games for Ludlow:

12/1 @ Conner (4:30)

12/4 @ CovCath (4:30)

12/5 @ Brossart (6:00)

I'd be interested in hearing who, of a select number of players, is playing up and won't suit up at all as freshmen. Rankin at Ryle, Thelen and Davin at CovCath, Castleman and Schilling at Beechwood, anyone at Campbell, anyone at Holmes, King and Starkey at Highlands, Chad Ohmer at Scott? At Holy Cross, Houston and Macke may both play up, but both will play freshmen as well.

Highlands travels to Holmes on Tues.

 

As far as King and Starkey playing JV that I don't believe has been determined yet. I know they are both playing Freshman for sure and more than likely will play some JV throughout the year.

Conner has Ludlow and St. Henry this week @ Conner. The scheduling department was very kind to the Cougars this year as a majority of their games are home games. As far as playing up for the Cougars no one is being moved up. Key players not playing this year are Camp and Radar, both physical kids who want to focus more on other sports. Cougars will be small this year so hopefully they shoot well from the outside.

No just what one of the boys told me. It's on school website I believe. Could be different thiugh as I thought the one on the site said they play Holy Cross first. I am certain it's Holmes on Wed at Holmes.

Definitely not HC/Highlands this week. Holy Cross has triple headers at Boone County Tuesday 12/1 and at Lloyd Friday 12/4, followed by frosh only at Scott on Monday 12/7 and at home against Ryle 12/8.

What's the deal with the gym?

 

The are completely remodeling the front of the gymnasium and during the construction last month some water leaked and ruined the floor. So they have to replace a floor that is only 3 yrs old and I also heard they are waiting on specific stone which is on back order. The stone is needed to complete the front of the building as it matches the rest of the school.
