It was sarcasm....a lot of people upset CovCath plays their home games on Saturdays.

Home field advantage. If they had an extra day of game planning, they would outthink themselves and probably would have lost half of those semi final games.

Its thanksgiving weekend , the game could be played on a Friday afternoon.

Noticed Chris Reisiger is playing center for covcath, but has played tackle most of last year and many games this year.

In the first meeting, the only cch players going both ways were pitzer and shields. It seems like more cch players are seeing both sides of the ball now.

Interesting stat. Between HHS and Cov. Cath, only Cov Cath has beated a team with a winning record this year and that includes the playoffs. (Beechwood). I wonder if someone has a lot of time on their hands, could find out if that has ever happended before in a regional final if two teams had made it that far without beating a team with a winning record.

 

I think the cannon comes out of retirement for this one, and Highlands continues its winning ways over Cov Cath 21 to 14.

I say its a toss up, won't surprise me either way and next week will be a barn burner as well!!

Can't wait for this game. I think if Cov Cath wears blue pants it might give them an edge.
