Concerning BG Head Coaches All-Time, Dan Haley is second at 119 wins from 1984 to 1995.

Current Coach Kevin Wallace is BG's all-time winningest Head Coach with 225 wins from 1996 to 2015. Not up in the numbers above, but pretty respectable.

Sam Simpson was a name that stood out to me as well

 

Doesnt have a ton of playoff success...but he has won a lot of games for a lot of years at Henry Clay

According to the KHSAA website, I do believe if Wallace wins Friday night he will be tied for 15th in all time wins Garnis Martin of Bardstown at 271.

Mojo Hollowed coached in Indiana for several years as well as his Alma mater, Henderson County (well, technically, his Alma mater was Barrett-Manual Training HS of Henderson).

 

Coach Marshall Paterson who just sadly passed won all of his games at Ft. Campbell.

Have to add Craig Foley - Frankfort 13 seasons. He has roughly 110-115 wins

Dudley had 255 wins at Bell County.

Sorry if this has been mentioned. I only read the first page. I'm pretty sure Garnis Martin was way up there when he retired from Bardstown. I wanna say he was above 250 but I don't remember a celebration of his 300th. Maybe about 275-280? He was legendary in central Kentucky during that time.

I would like to point out that Joe Morris at Mayfield has never coached anywhere else. Started as an assistant here, and been here ever since. Honestly I don't think he will ever leave. That would be pretty amazing to coach your whole career at the same place.

Jack Morris 254-50..... 24 seasons all at Mayfield

When Coach Brugh retired from Paintsville in 1994 he was the winningest coach in Kentucky high school football. The Blue Legend had 279 wins 136 losses and 5 ties at the helm of the Paintsville Tigers.

David Barnes is in his 10th year at Caldwell County. 85 - 39 during that time. (I think)
