Any idea how those 188 were divided up?

60 wins at Henderson County before the county/city schools merged. 32 wins at Union County. And then 96 at Henderson County after the schools merged and their was only 1 high school.

Despite not being at the top of the all-time wins list, Jack Morris's career at Mayfield has always stood out to me. Like you said, 200 wins over 20 years is very impressive... but 254 wins(and four state titles) in 24 years from the late 60's through the early 90's is simply incredible. Those numbers would be great in any era, but he averaged 10.6 wins a year during a time when... A. There were only 3-4 classes... B. It was quite a feat just to make the playoffs... and C. There were fewer wins to be had once you got to the postseason. Heck of a ball coach.

If so, then a 200th win would be against one of the Louisville schools to advance to the state final. That would be an awesome way to get it.

Another amazing thing about coach Joe and his father is that many of the wins came against larger schools...both of them refusing to schedule a team in the same class except for district play.
