Pretty simple question.

 

I think 3A & 6A are out in front, but 3A is the one that intrigues me the most.

 

What say you?

I say 3A and that it isn't close.

 

I have a feeling that 1A and 2A will be pretty competitive also with 2A being very competitive in the last 2-3 weeks.

 

 

I think there may be a surprise or two in 4A but still expect Johnson Central and South Warren to play for the title.

 

6A will be interesting but I think Trinity, Male, Scott County and SK are the front runners that should be there in the end.

2A, 3A and 5A are the classes that I can't pick a definite favorite in.

I think 5A is the most competitive as there is no clear favorite and many teams that could win it and I believe this will be the class with the most upsets. I think once you get to the 2nd/3rd/4th round the 3A could and will be better but the 1st round matchups look terrible besides Henry Co./Garrard Co., Bardstown is not a vintage squad and I don't see them competing with Lex. Catholic.

In 1A, Paintsville and Pikeville are right there with Beechwood, although I can see why someone might say Beechwood is their clear favorite. Same situation in 6A. Male has tough contenders but I can see them being called the clear favorite.

I forgot about SW but the game lady night doesn't bother me about Johnson Central. ..game meant nothing and they sat a lot of players last night.

 

Beechwood wins 1A or it will be a huge upset...sorry Pikeville and Paintsville won it is an upset.

Heard that Male's QB went out in 1st qtr with some injury to throwing shoulder. Not good and could have major playoff ramifications by 2nd game. Anyone know anything definitively?

I think he meant the state champion will come from that game, not necessarily that it was the official title game.
