The three wins came against teams that have a total of four wins, 1+0+3. Unless Highlands is looking ahead two weeks to a possible CovCath rematch the Birds should win this one as has become the tradition. (2008 Bryan Station aside.:scared:)

Tradition wins over disfunction. Preseason hype of three D1 lineman has produced zero dominance in the trenches. Don't understand what has happened? Can some of you Central Ky guys share your insights?

Perhaps the middle coaching staff that they have or the D1 trenchers are overrated. Can really gauge on it myself.

I'm glad you brought that up, I was wondering if Woodford Co. was the school we heard about all summer with the best O-line in the state and a bevy of D1 kids.

Does make the results a little tough to figure, but to be fair, I haven't paid an ounce of attention to them since August.

They have the number one ranked center in the nation and one of the top 10 guards in the nation. Plus one of the highest ranked OL in the class of 2017.

So what exactly is the problem? No one that can run the ball? Surely you can have a decent running game behnd the "best line in the state"

My understanding is there isn't much in the way of skill guys.
