Cooper just barely beat Conner.

Yep, without their best offensive player and best DLineman and a QB who should have been in a sling and couldn't pass due to bad shoulder. Also in a downpour yet they still won.

Oh, plus the fact that Scott lost to Conner and also barely beat NCC

You going off of records? Seriously? Let's not lose sight of facts. Scott's only way of winning this year was to move down to 4A. Their district is why they won. When you have an easy schedule you should have more wins if you are any good at all. If you think Scott would actually beat Lex Cath, Ryle, Conner, Cooper and Bryan Station then you are sadly mistaken.

Scott lost to Conner by 1 point. Not sure it's THAT ridiculous?

They lost which shows they aren't as good. They also only beat NCC by 1 point without NCC's best RB playing. So to think Scott is better than all those teams listed then yes it is ridiculous.

Now about the game that this thread is about. I hope Scott gets out healthy. They won't win but I want them at full strength heading into the playoffs. They have a great shot at getting to BG this year and want to follow them down there.

Cooper without....NCC without...

Losing by 1 point does not establish dominance. Now losing 36-0 and 27-7, that's pretty convincing.

Who would they have to upset to get there? I think Scott has done well this year, but I wouldn't pick them against South Warren or Johnson Central.

You are looking at 1 team only. I listed several and stated Scott is not better than all of

Those listed. Not sure where I'm wrong. You even pointed out that one of the teams I listed Scott lost to.

Records say otherwise. Not entirely disagreeing with you though.

Records aren't a very big deal when comparing who both teams have played. Cooper at 8-2 looks a lot better with their schedule as compared to Scott at 8-1 with who they have played. SK beat Cooper by 19 and Ryle by 21, I see them beating Scott by anywhere from 31-34 if they play all of their players for significant minutes. If they rest a lot of players I see it being around 21

17 total wins combined. Not too long ago that would be close to the number of wins they'd each have in a decade.

I don't see either team playing starters to much. Realistically this game is pointless for both sides. I hate to see kids get hurt going into playoffs..

SK won't pull their starters until the game is out of reach. 3 scores difference then they will pull starters. 2 scores difference starters will remain, just play conservatively, running the ball chewing clock.

Then agian SK might play their starters all game to get them ready for the deep run.

I really like this game being the last game of the year for Scott. The Eagles play a lot of Sophomores and this will be good for them. They will not face a team as good as SK in the 4A playoffs. I think this game will help them going forward in the playoffs no matter the outcome.

Good luck to both teams!

I agree. It will also help SK playing against Scotts speed.

SK-49 Scott-14, Scott is being way overrated this season, they have played nobody to this point.

I think the game will be closer than most people think, IMO Scott will try and control the clock and limit SK possessions. That being said I look for SK to win by at least 2 TD's
