Might be a good game for Scott to work on their passing offense, especially once this game gets out of hand. The Eagles really need to work on being more diverse on offense.

SK-49 Scott-14, Scott is being way overrated this season, they have played nobody to this point.

I agree the strength of schedule isn't great for Scott but what poll are they overrated in ?

Last weeks rankings show Scott ranked 8th in NKY over NCC (lost to Scott 8-7) and Lloyd who lost to Scott in a scrimmage as well as lost to NCC.. So in what way is Scott overrated?

Scott is not playing starters much past the first quarter from what I have heard. They have very little depth. SK likes to roll with starters until about a minute left even if up by 36 or more and they have a ton of players who dress. SK probably wins by around 21. Scott has nothing to prove in this one and cannot risk injury in a meaningless game. Hopefully they stay focused on the upcoming games despite the outcome of this one.

It won't happen but if Scott pulls starters after the first quarter and SK plays starters until the end, then SK wins by 60, maybe more. If both pull starters after first half SK wins by 3-4 TD's.

Simon Kenton is hands down not only the best in 6A, but in the entire state. They are simply unstoppable.

Scott has virtually played no one. SK will roll them badly. Kudos to Woolley for stepping up the schedule to play a cross county rival, but SK is light years ahead right now. SK by as many as they want

I saw the veiled shot at SK and wasn't impressed. Carry on.

I understand the Board required Scott to play the game, not the coaches decision.

Cooper is. Which is very telling as to their SOS yet again.

Can't really fault them for that. Played CAL which is a top 2A team, two top 10 teams in 6A and Highlands. Usually that's not considered a really weak schedule.

Wow! SK pulls there starters soon as they put a running clock on a team. They win with class. You must be thinking of Highla ds?

I'm curious, but what would make you say that? Male is also undefeated, and they have faced stronger teams than SK.

I don't see any reasoning for either team pulling their starters prior to this game becoming one sided. Both team are the one seed in their respective districts which means they will likely have a running clock game for the first round of the playoffs. As a coach I would not want my last 2nd half minutes for my starters to have been 3 weeks ago because I was afraid of injury. I see rust and fatigue in the second half of the round 2 playoff game as more of a concern than injury. I would expect both teams to have starters in into the second half.

Congratulations to the Eagles for moving their program forward another positive step this season. Good luck against SK and in the playoffs.

Male struggled with X. SK took care of X yes in a scrimmage but all you Louisville people was quick to say X is having a down year. So which is it. I guess we will find out in 5 weeks.
