That front office is one of the worst front office in the NFL. They are bailed out big time by Andrew Luck. Grigson and Irsay are awful. I would feel bad for Pagano if they weren't in the same division as the Jags.

Wonder how much they offer Harbaugh?

From what I can tell Pagano isn't exactly dying to stay in Indy because of this.

He doesn't. The idea of coaching Luck is very nice and helps I bet but everything else around that organization is a dumpster fire.

Pagano said he was hoping either to catch them in a personnel change and get a 5-yard penalty due to 12 on the field OR them not line up correctly and get the first down.

I have no issue with the thinking.

The problem is SOMEONE has to call a timeout when it was obvious the Pats were going to shut it down.

Yes. Don't let them run the play when it's clear it isn't going to work.

The simple fact that this guy is still around the league after all his mess tells a lot about the NFL....and the Indiana court system

Punter Pat McAfee says they've been working on this particular fake punt for a year.

Did anyone ask him how the center (who is a WR) was going to block 3 lineman?

I was very disappointed in Andrew Luck's performance last night. It is clear to me that he is not healthy. Instead of zipping throws to WR, he was trying to float them and use touch passes. His arm is not well, and it's showing.

I feel bad for Bengals fans. Any other year I feel they would be Super Bowl favorite. If they have to travel to Foxboro in the playoffs, I cant see a scenario in which they come out on top.

Sort of how I feel.

As much as I like seeing the Colts lose (one of the very few NFL Teams I don't care much for) as a Bengals Fan we needed the Colts to win last night.

Now as a Fan Fan, I thought the Pats beating the Colts was great!

Talking about this with MTGL today. He said that based off of McAfee's reaction he thinks they were NOT supposed to snap the ball.

He's absolutely right -- no way that ball was supposed to be snapped. I think the punter (under center) called "hike" as a fake cadence and the WR/center fell for it. McAfee was clearly upset when it happened, and Pagano asked why they snapped it upon their return to the sideline. Bizarre.

I like Denver but every time they win when they look so bad offensively it drives me nuts. Peyton has more interceptions than td's and they're still undefeated. Another team that needs to lose for the Bengals.

This is the greatest thing I've seen yet:

That's hilarious.

I was laughing so hard at that play last night I almost rolled out of bed.

Even still, if they don't snap the ball it's not a terrible idea.

That "trick play"

Cracks me up. But I have a serious question to the Pats fans. The Colts aren't very good, did the fact that they only won by the margin they won by worry any of you? I mean the Colts made numerous mistakes and Luck looked more like 39 year old Peyton.

Not in the least.

Patriots played as poorly as possible for about 40 minutes last night. Still had the game in hand early in the 4th.

You can't blow everyone out every game.

NE fans don't dwell on the negatives and criticisms from game to game. We enjoy the win, then move on to the next one.
