They make adjustments and take advantage of Colonel miscues to pull away in the second half. Congrats to the Birds on the W.

 

A big tip of the cap to #54 on Highlands d-line ( help me out with his name )....I could hear the young man from the stands encouraging his teammates and lifting up his team. He's a very good field general! :thumb:

The ground game was stellar for the Birds tonight led by Kendall. But all the backs ran well. Multiple times the second effort netted 3 or 4 extra yards. The air game was pretty much limited to swing passes but some nice YAC made it effective. Would be nice to see some 8 to 10 yard passes and see what the recievers could do with it. Middle of the field seems open a lot but play calls must not be designed to look there.

I think most schools have enough coaches on their staff to "scout" without causing too much turmoil.
