If Texas wins u think he will get one more year.

I don't think he gets fired regardless of today.

The man just earned himself another year.

Don't like seeing coach act like that after game. No class

You mean where he celebrated with the players, or when the players picked him up and put him up in the air? Or something he said?

I think it is great. This isn't the NFL.

The celebration. Maybe I missed him shaking Stoops hand at mid field.

Just my opinion. And that's yours. I show some class and humbly walk to midfield and shake opposing coaches hand. I don't act like a ten year old.

Yea unless I'm totally missing something then I don't understand the gripe.

Chill out. I've always thought shaking hands after grade school is a dumb tradition anyway.

Ever been in the circumstance he and his team were in?

Disagree. The only thing that could save him was a win vs OU. That buys any Texas coach some time.

Doesn't matter. I can now see where all of Texas locker room issues stem from.

Was a big win, but as soon as I saw the coach acting like a bafoon, it was tarnished

Whew, you are a barrel of fun on this one. Guess you never won a big game. Nothing to do with class, he didn't hurt, slam or degrade anyone. My gosh, he celebrated. I see Super Bowl winning coaches doing this type of celebrating (almost everyone of them), National Championship coaches, World Cup coaches, Baseball managers. This is a huge game for Texas. Easily the biggest win in Strong's tenure. I don't believe he did this against anyone else.

I played on teams that on smaller scope won big games. Bball regional championship, 1st round win at Sweet 16. I would have had a heart attack if our coach would have done anything but immediately head to opposing coach and humbly shake his hand.
