September 26, 201510 yr His county may be somewhere where there's only one town/city that's wet and the rest is dry/moist. Pike Co. was kind of like that, if I remember correctly, in that you couldn't get package liquor there — had to go to Coal Run. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong. Eminence is wet while the rest of Henry Co. is dry. Same goes for Cumberland and Harlan Co., unless that's changed. When I went to WKU, I believe BG itself was wet but Warren Co. was dry. Some of these may have changed in recent years, as a lot of counties have changed their blue laws. I always called them "moist counties"; this map calls them "split".
