To think that beechwood can't get a title this year is crazy.

 

He is the reason this site needs an ignore function. No value, just a vendetta. Doesn't seem to understand there is a reason there are classes in football. BW vs CC/Ironton vs PB both big steps up. Somehow that's an indication to their future success vs in class opponents.

Beechwood only has 2 teams in the best that I think can beat them and those two will have to play before playing Beechwood.

 

Russellville and Campbellsville. The rest I think are outmatched.

Time for Tigers to move on. I said at beginning of year if they could survive the first 4 weeks healthy and get 1 or 2 wins they would be in fine shape. Now they should be able to handle the rest of the schedule until NCC somewhat easily. All in all I give them an A through first 4. Heck I watched Moeller get abused in every phase Friday night, it happens. I am certainly no coach, but I watched this game on HUDL and IMO it's time to let Fieger and Stringer play D, especially Stringer. They put him in the game vs Lloyd and he neutralized 5 who was killing them in first half. Looked like CC schemed against Slusher and took him out of the game on Defense. He needs some help in the form of some speed, and those two kids provide that. I get what they are doing, tough to tote it 30 times a night and play both ways, but IMO it's needed.

Beechwood just simply doesn't have enough kids to keep up with teams like cov cath that can match the number of athletes and still be rotating in guys while platooning defense and offensive lines. Even by the second quarter you could tell those kids playing both d-line and o-line for bw were out of gas.

I totally agree. Especially now that its small school competition from here on out. Noel Rash always talks about wanting a tough QB that is more like a linebacker playing qb than a qb playing linebacker, but yet he doesn't give his athletes the chance to perform on both sides of the ball sometimes.
