This thread is pretty funny.

I'm wondering the year Ludlow has a strong team and state contender, what new member will crawl out of the woodwork touting the dominance of Ludlow and how bad all other teams in the area are compared to them.

Seems every time a team has success for the first time in a long time, it creates a new monster.

Cooper is in Union.

Oops..

Cooper is not in Union, that is just the post office used. In fact, it is in Burlington and is only about a quarter mile or less from being in Florence. No part of Longbranch Road is actually in Union.

For the size of CC players and there numbers alone, CC has got to be the most disappointing program in NKY, over the past 5 seasons or so, hands down.:isurrender:

I have heard this 4 straight years.

The have the best running back and arguably the best quarterback in NKY so I'm not sure how you can say they're not skilled.

LOL, maybe at running back, not a chance at QB, Tanner Morgan is a Div. 1 QB. Radke will have to follow his mentor and head to Thomas More, Div. 3. Not even close.

Does Morgan have any offers?

So union has less than the other areas and has to support 2 6A HS. Talk about thinning the talent pool.

Wait, are you saying you don't have the enrollment to support two 6a schools??? Man, the KHSSA and the Boone county schools screwed you guys!

Yeap, and all the others I mentioned are on the same stage, except poor CC, who is outside the ball room, looking through the window wishing they could be part of this elite club, of State Championship games played in. :thumb:

You know what second place is right????...the first loser. Just like the rest of the teams that didn't win it that year. No different. Unless we've started hanging banners for second place!!

Does Morgan have any offers?

Yes, UC, UL, and Wake Forest have offered Tanner.

Wait till Morgan faces a real defense!

That's awesome. He's a nice QB! Would be great to see him choose to stay local.

Wait till Morgan faces a real defense!

Yes, the fake ones made out of card board with FatHead pictures stuck on them have not worked very well.

That's awesome, I'm sure that's only the start. Looking forward to following another NKY QB on Saturdays.

Not to change the topic.... Did anybody see the UFO fly over Union, then it swung by Independence on its way past Alexandria! I think they were looking for intellengent life.....Evidently it was unsuccessful!

Sorry to correct you, but Longbranch, most of the road is in Union. The subdivision Orleans was annexed by the city of Florence. The streets in Orleans itself is Florence but all of Longbranch except for the stretch between Orleans and St Louis Blvd is Union. That stretch of road is about 100 yards long.

All of Longbranch all the way out to Camp Ernst is Union, including parts of Camp Ernst Rd which is also Union.
