Chuck was passed over in-state @ a college after he was done at UK & I honestly think it was a huge mistake. He could have done a lot with the program in my opinion.

Any other coaches, what about Bob Beatty from Trinity? I believe he may have what it takes too but I don't have as much insight on him. Anyone?

I think back to Gerry Faust at just a high profile college job and say probably nobody could do it in the NFL. Smith is the best at what he does right now but hasn't even been a head coach at the college level.

Chuck Smith comes to mind when i read this. From all accounts i have heard he is a Phenomenal leader of Men.

At Moeller, Gerry had everybody on the sidelines saying the Hail Mary with Elder or Princeton driving for a score. I don't think that worked too well at the next level.

KY high school to NFL head coach? C'mom man! How about No One. One step at a time, only a few can be a head coach in a college level, let alone a head job at an NFL team.

Yeah but every year especially around this time they talk up Boyle County as a team and a staff only to get beat by LexCath. I never understood it.
