Yeah but every year especially around this time they talk up Boyle County as a team and a staff only to get beat by LexCath. I never understood it.

 

What is Smith's all-time record against LexCath for those of us in the dark?

Say what you want about Wolford at X, but at the end of the day he is the only guy mentioned so far that KNOWS what it takes to win with an NFL roster. Is he the best coach? Probably not. But he has a bullet on his resume that no one else has.

I was talking in the last 5 years regardless of head coaches Boyle County has won 1 out of the last 7 games aginst LexCath.

After watching Hard Knocks, I'm curious as to if Bill O'Brian actually knows anything about being a Head Coach. He was embarrassing. .

What happened was Chuck Smith left Boyle, he is back now, give it a couple of more years and see how things change.

Didn't end up where either team wanted to be @ the end last year if I remember correctly.

Considering Smith has coached many times against LexCath in the past would it not be a better judgement to see what his all-time record is vs. LexCath instead of basing it off 4 years when he wasn't even there?

@LEX, Let it alone brother. We all know that he his very critical of LexCath. He was the same dude that stated that the team LexCath last season was " The worst he has ever seen ". And so far this season he has also quoted that " They are not a very good team ".

Right, with the starting QB out they are not very good. With him, they are solid.

 

And LexCath did finish strong last year, no argument from me on that.

Here's what I mean Guru. Last season with a combination of a great early schedule, our own injuries and putting in a new system you bashed the LexCath Knights when they started out 1-3. The rankings were always heavily favored for the Boyle County team who beat on teams with no heartbeats. There was negative remarks about how soft our team was and that the defense stunk. Then in the same breath you would praise Boyle County and how tough they were up front and that their defense was stingy. Then in the first game to LexCath it was LC dominating in the rushing department. Then in the next game it's more another 200 yards on the ground. You are talking over 400 yards rushing on Chuck Smith and company. No comments on being soft. No comments on them being whipped up front, instead it's extremely one sided. Now if we are going to say give Smith time and be patient why can't you say the same about a loss by LC and Perry? We always face a tougher schedule so you can't debate that they will typically have a better regular season record the LC, but you have to honestly post more neutral comments man. I don't mind posting but I love to support the post with some facts and honesty. The people of BGP, deserve that Sir.....
