I think both defenses are hard hitting and fast, but Trinity's is better. They've held against both Brentwood's and Lafayette's highly rated O-lines. I look to see a low scoring game. 21-10 Trinity.

Jokes asides, I could see your prediction happening. Male is a quick study and they know how to play Trinity. I'm hoping our boys pull it out, but that score wouldn't surprise me. This and St. X are the only regular season games left that I'm worried about.

Trinity is game tested versus much tougher opponents. The offensive and defensive lines play very well together. The QB revealed he can throw the deep ball last night. The Trinity running backs offer a terrific one-two punch. The Trinity receiver corps are deep and talented. The linebackers are nasty. Trinity 35-14. I predict Wakefield does not play for the Dawgs. Male will save him for district play and the playoffs.

Trinity may very will win the game, but I guarantee you Male scores more than 14 points. They have too many playmakers even without Wakefield.

Can you call something arrogance when it is backed up by fact? That's actually a philosophical point I have debated. In my opinion, no.

 

I am curious how the playing field is uneven. Scott County won a championship only two years ago, and if they win/play close against Elder, they will be a solid contender for the title again this year. If they can run with the top teams, why can't the rest of Lexington?
