Reporter and cameraman were shot and killed live on air

Featured Replies

I do agree with everyone that the video is disturbing, especially the video the shooter took. The video the shooter took was broadcast on Twitter and has been reapeatly taken down. Im not trying to be confrontational, but the media will not show this video since it was one of their own who was shot and killed, but they don't mind showing video of other people's tragedy. Is there a double standard? Anytime the death of a human being is shown it's tragic and this is a classic case of the media showing us what they want to show us.

That is one reason it will not be shown....

Actually the video is shown on many outlets that is from the actual live feed. I thought that was the worst I could have seen. I was wrong. The twitter video was the worst by far.

That is one reason it will not be shown, the other is the race of the shooter.

Doesn't fit the narrative.....

Please don't go there. Not yet.

I want this guy to survive. He needs to live a long life of immense pain and suffering.

You are correct.

Mental Health needs fixed in this country.

Pathetic.

Not the time or place for this garbage.

Fixed

I clicked on the video....couldn't watch it.

This is beyond disturbing.

General Manager says when the shooter was fired he didn't take it well and that they had to call the police to get him out of the building.

Did he give the reason he was fired?

Terrible employee, bad attitude, difficult to work with, often screamed at co-workers, etc. etc.

No hope there, they just try to medicate it.

The shooter has died.

If he comes to, he better be put on watch. A straitjacket would be nice for him to deal with.

Saw where he had also been fired from a former job and came back with a race discrimination lawsuit against the company.
