Cooper 37 Highlands 13

Featured Replies

So tell me how those 37 were scored. Do you know? I would not say 37 when the last 2 scores occurred with less than 3 minutes to go and totaled less than 30 yards total. By then the defense was completely out of gas. No problem with the discussion, just know the facts before getting on here and spouting off. What the heck are you talking about "win at all cost?" That statement has absolutely nothing to do with the game. You act as if Highlands was trying to cheat or something. Game of life? They lost a football game, nothing more nothing less. You continue to want to talk about some chatter on the field that you heard and saw none of and quite honestly have no idea what was said on the field by anyone during the entire 48 minutes.

Soooo....the last 2 scores don't count because they occurred with under 3 minutes left in the game and the defense was tired?

Highlands Bluebirds - Opponents

My personal favorite was against Trotwood Madison, D1's all over the place.

Wow Jack of all trades you are upset because you think people are talking smack about the defense and only because your son plays that position? Where does he play? That would answer a lot of questions here. perhaps End? Tackle? Line backer? end? Safety? outside linebacker or middle? Can't wait to hear this one

You are kidding right? Or wait, I guess one of the JV players that played against Cooper's JV this past Sat would be more than capable of replacing a Jr or Sr on Highlands Varsity after one game. Hehehehehe! Good stuff there my friend. Trust me or ask any other Highlands fan on here, his son is not where the issues lie.

Get him a beer and a diaper...waaaahhhh

That's a zinger there my friend!

3....2....1....

Just sayin!

Ram I love you, but you're two days late. You didn't think I would let that fact slip by did ya? Lol

It is fitting that the 2 schools I love the most, my alma matter Beechwood and my new fav Cooper are the only NKY teams undefeated against Highlands :)

Yeah, where's that list I ran up? It was in another thread somewhere. I do remember that were zero NKY teams other than Cooper, though.

You want to know my friend? He is number 10 and is playing safety this year. Assuming he gets through the entire year, he will be a 4 year varsity letter winner. Pretty unheard of stat at HHS. Want to talk now? I have nothing to hide from you or anyone from Union.

And yes Hellbird he is getting some college interest from Division I on down to Division III and NAIA

Lawidcat out the complete history up. Beechwood is 6-0 against HHS so there are two of us.

Don't drink. Talk about being a model citizen for your kids. Do they get on here and read some of your posts? Dealt with your kind many times over the years.

No, those records are done from Highlands POV. Highlands is 6-0 against Beechwood.

No, HHS is 6-0 against Beechwood. That list is posted from the view of HHS, not the opponents.

Honey, get your eyes checked. Beechwood is 0 and 6 against the Birds.

I just thought of something, Cooper holds a winning record versus Highlands. Does any other NKY team have that distinction? Anyone, anyone, Bueller, anyone?

Found my list, it was earlier in this thread, actually.

Six with several others holding an even record:

Caldwell County (1-0)

Glasgow (1-0)

Henderson (1-0)

Flaget [Louisville] (1-0) Although 'had' might be more correct.

St. X [Louisville] (4-2)

Shelbyville (1-0)

Seven including Cooper now, or still six if you don't count Flaget because the school no longer exists.

No, those records are done from Highlands POV. Highlands is 6-0 against Beechwood.

Ohhhhhh so we are the only team undefeated in NKY? Sweet!!!!!!!!!

Y'know... we had this conversation two or three days ago in this very thread.
