However I don't believe it uses an option up. Correct, it does count for service time.

plantmanky
Reds have given up. Might as well forfeit the rest of the games.
nkufan23
The Reds are in the hunt for the #1 pick in next years draft. If the season ended today I think they'd pick 3rd.
sumoroyal
The Reds are in the hunt for the #1 pick in next years draft. If the season ended today I think they'd pick 3rd. And they pick a pitcher!!!
malachicrunch
And they pick a pitcher!!! You can never have enough arms. The Reds are stockpiling young pitching. Not sure they will have a clue on what to do with them. Pretty dysfunctional right now

Pretty dysfunctional right now Everybody says that and I know that is an old Baseball saying, but I am darn tried. Of seeing the Reds leaving runners on third, getting shutout (today) and starters striking out like crazy and batting in the .100's for months at a time. If you can't score, don't matter how good the pitching. Like today.
sumoroyal
Ninth Inning Votto takes three fastballs right down the middle to strikeout. Welch said that due to the pitcher just getting called up, Votto was not prepared!
sumoroyal
Anybody who thinks Reds need more pitching, I hope watched today's game.

All In
Does anyone know what it means after Frazier gets a hit and he acts like he's turning a steering wheel? Saw a D-Back do it after a hit last night. I must be out of the loop.

One of the reasons I wish the Reds would have traded Frazier. He does a lot of little crap like that that really serves no purpose and makes the organization look bad. Clyde
Iglesias with a baseball rarity. 40th time ever for a 1ER 13k+ outing that resulted in a loss.
