Midnight Snack

So when we are saying "midnight snack", are you guys saying you wake up and consume food, or do you just mean you are up late and eat something at those hours of the night?

I hear about people getting up and grabbing food from the fridge. I can't recall one time in my life I've ever awaken during the night and consumed food. And I am a terrible sleeper up at all hours.

For me I am already up. I don't get up in the night and eat either, zero desire.

I will try them but at this amount 220, 221, whatever is fine...

Unless I've been drinking that night, or am out, I don't eat after 9 pm.

I'm always up at this time and seldom awake and eat anything. Tonight we dressed up a frozen pizza with extra sauce, cheese, olives, peppers, and spices.

PB and Raspberry jam on wheat toast while watching a late night movie.

Just had a bag of popcorn and a purple powerade.

Yeah I don't get that at all. Seems strange to me.

I never have a midnight snack. Also, I try to eat dinner early enough so that I am moving around a bit before bedtime....and I usually go to bed at or before 10PM since I am up at 4;15AM. If I wake up during the night it is usually because something (like my knee) aches or a noise (like a dog) wakes me up.

No one in 8 days has caught the reference? I love that movie. We are the same age though, maybe that's it.

I blew one in the Mod Forum and thought I would break it out again. Something about an Elk sighting on BGP.

Speaking of that post, I like the Dannon Lite, haven't tried the other yet but I like the cheapO Kroger brand too.

That's nothing compared to a couple of the discussions today.

I eat around midnight every night. And sometimes 3am if I am feeling froggy.

When in the world do you sleep? Have you turned into a vampire in your retirement years?
