That's a lot of fruit in one sitting.

Beats pizza.

No doubt about that.

That was my 5th meal of the day. I will probably skip my 3am cereal.

Heck no, that would crush my stomach and beyond.

I have to be very careful eating garbage but I love all garbage food.

My schedule is messed up and I usually eat my first anything after alot of people eat dinner. I always eat after midnight.

Cereal is my midnight snack.

I love natural peanut butter and almost can't eat the regular stuff anymore.

Do you dip that fruit in the yogurt? I've never thought about doing that till I saw your posts

Yes, one piece yes, the next no. Sometimes with pineapple it makes it really smooth. Or I love stuffing my mouth with blueberries and adding a little blueberry yogurt. And I normally use different flavors with vanilla being my favorite. In short, one 100 calorie yogurt goes a long way with fruit.

I love opening my mouth so that Toots can throw blueberries in it.

Fixed.

That would have me visiting the head in 2 hrs.

The fruit is so good for your system but I am pretty regular and it doesn't cause me any issues. Like anything else your body adapts.

Fixed.

Toots feeds me gently by hand, there is no throwing.
