That seems to be the real conundrum and if America is for sale like some are saying would we really want Trump as the POTUS? I'm thinking no. At the same time, every single candidate will likely sell us down the river or have to sell us down the river at some point. We're in a bad spot financially and what I want to see is someone fix it and not blame their predecessor for our problems. Bush has done that. Obama has done that. Our next POTUS will do that. I want vote for the person who has the balls to step up and say that they know we are screwed but I'm going to die trying to fix it.

 

Anything they can fix socially along the way helps also. Like reducing all those stupid sentences for non-violent drug offenders. The War on Drugs was lost a long time ago.

 

I agree, time for someone to step up and come up with some solutions instead of blaming the other side of the aisle. I find myself believing more and more that the US needs a viable, strong third political party to shake things up. One that is more in the middle where most Americans are politically sounds good to me.

We have different perspectives. I'm trying to recall anytime Obama hasn't raised a stink about something. Hell, he was the sitting POTUS when bin Laden was killed and he caught a stink for having the audacity to take credit for it.

 

I have ate no clue what Trump said. I just know he is catching hell for it, filing a lawsuit on it and is a viable option for POTUS in 2016. I guess our country isn't as PC as some claim it to be.......

Trump not taking money from special interest groups at least allows him to freely speak his mind without worry. That to me is refreshing regardless of whether or not I like what he says.

I finally just saw what Trump said. I'm now fully convinced our society is more racist and divided as I have ever seen it. I'm amazed we are all able to get along in a civil manner in public.
