I'm not looking at her through an ideological lens. From a strictly physical standpoint, she's attractive. I didn't say she was hot or anything. She's better looking than I expected her to grow up to be.

 

 

Same here. I really expected her to be unattractive as she grew into adulthood but somehow she has become rather lovely.

Plenty of less attractive images are out there, but here's one from last year.

 

 

I've dated much worse . lol I think she's rather pretty. Especially considering she didn't exactly start out that way.

Are you seriously trying to compare the last few months to a year in Kansas where unemployment is UP to 4.6% to the last 50 years of economic disaster in most of the big inner cities in this country? That is just comical. I think Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, all of California, etc. would love to have the fiscal problems of Kansas right now...and there is no proof that the tax cuts have anything to do with the spike in unemployment in such a short time...

I don't think any state would "love to have Kansas' problems." Far from it. The revenue shortfall is so severe in the Sunflower State ($400+ million) that the GOP conservative lawmakers are considering proposals to raise taxes!

 

According to the K.C. Star, these revenue-generators are being considered:

 

-- Raise consumption taxes.

 

-- Close a loophole and place business owners back on the tax rolls. This would bring in an estimated $232 million.

 

-- Raise the sales tax from 6.15 percent to 7.15 percent. This would bring in $426 million.

 

In other words, after slashing taxes for business owners, the Kansas GOP now is considering making up the shortfall on the backs of those not in the top 3 percent. I guess if you're a Republican, this makes perfect sense.

California would be overjoyed to have the problems that Kansas has. There are probably many more states that would as well but I am not going to spend the time researching it right now...too much going on this weekend...

As to why Mrs. Clinton would make a good president:

 

(1) She has an IQ at least 30 points higher than any GOP challenger. Probably 60 points higher than Rick Perry.

 

(2) She does not appear to be an ideologue.

 

(3) She has expressed a desire to overturn Citizens United.

 

(4) As a woman, she would be a strong defender of issues important to women.
