May 13, 201511 yr Word from the front desk is the appendix ruptured during operation and the surgery has gone on longer than expected. Said to be in an addition two hours than expected.

May 13, 201511 yr Just got more word from the surgeon: the rupture was worse than expected. The appendix had turned black and had narcosis (infection) and had infected some of his colon. They had to remove some of his colon. The surgery was only supposed to be for an hour and has now been three (started at approx. 1:15). They also said it may go for a few more hours. Ram is not doing well.
