United Healthcare is based out of Ohio if I am not mistaken.

May 9, 201511 yr I thought it was funny in an '80s SNL or a Monty Python kind of way. All this could have been avoided if, upon seeing the shirt, the guy was stunned by the sight of the Bulls logo and didn't react as the gal flew by him to whatever harm might occur that needed an icebag.

May 10, 201511 yr I'm sure some confused guy out there who was deciding if he should beat a woman or not saw this commercial and made his decision. Why are so many people offended by harmless acts.
