Funny stuff...

I loved the line, "...he's a 6-foot-7 power forward whose height exceeds his shooting range."

I've known a few of those.

How pathetic is this AAU coach. First of all he has absolutely put Bill Walker in a terrible spot with the eligablity issues and now he is using OJ to get another job that doesn't require much work. How do some people live with themselves?

This became a hot topic back during the suspension talk but apparently NCH is going to take him back.

Very good question Rickyp, yet there are several coaches in college AND high school that I wonder about myself.

I can't help but to think back to the originality of O.J.'s move to Rose Hill or think about the possibilities of ALL of those athletes at Rose Hill once upon a time. Boy, they coulda been....tough as nails?

What happens or transpires that makes them move in every different direction for obvious reasons other than academics? A serious question. Is there THAT much influence on the lives of these athletes by ordinary people?

Do you think that OJ could end playing college ball for a year somewhere in Kansas?

I believe he and Coach Thuggins fit together like a hand and a glove.

I don't think that if all of this is true about him tranferring "AGAIN" that there is any question that he will be with Hug -a Thug at k-State, just my opinion by the way things look.

Looks that is very sad but true imo. These people fill a kids head full of visions of greatness "and soon" and what all they can do for them when they are just rying to promote themselves through the kid. If a kid imo doesn't have a positive, level headed influence they can be turned in all kinds of different directions. IMO the AAU:rolleyes: should stand for " Against Athletes Union"

:thumb: They are VERY pathetic imo Rickyp, They can live with themselves bc they do not have any concience or morals and are only out to use very talented kids to promote themselves, see my #25 post on this thread as to what I think AAU should stand for.

I just got word from a connection in Kansas City that this story was in the Kansas City newspaper today. (Wed. May 3.)

I've tried to locate a link, but this story may not be available online until later today or tomorrow.

Stay tuned... :thumb:

   I am about to tune "out" though, it gets to a point when a person gets tired of the circus act.

While this situation may be different, I would not classify a Director of Basketball Operations position as a "job that doesn't require much work"

At least in regard to most Div-1 jobs.
